NOTE THE CHANGE IN THE DAY -- Wednesday rather than Tuesday.    The reason is that the OC Board of Supervisors will be discussing on Tuesday, Jan 14th  a program at least in Supervisor Sarmiento's District #2 to have hotel vouchers for families with small children finding themselves unhoused during these winter months and I do believe it would be important enough to attend.
