All are invited to a Zoom Interfaith Memorial Prayer Service on Tuesday, Oct 8th at 12:15 PM for the 33 people who died "Without Fixed Abode" in OC in Sept, 2024. Additionally, three others who died in previous months but whose cases were recorded in the OC Coroner's list only this month. For the year, 289 people have died in OC "without fixed abode." This is lower than the previous two years, when 371 and 400 had died by this point in the year. But the death toll remains at about the same level, as in 2021, when the number was 291. In 2019, the homeless death toll at this point in the year was still significantly power, at 142. And so we pray... Zoom info below.
