A total of 328 people "without fixed abode" have died here in OC since the beginning of the year, or over 5.7% of the County's beginning of the year homeless population (by the federally mandated 2022 PIT Count ). At the current rate, between 8-10% of Orange County's beginning of the year homeless population will be dead by year's end. Fr.
